Our Privacy Policy was last updated and posted on November 24, 2021. It governs the privacy terms of the fishoutloud.com, sub-domains and any associated web-based applications (the “Platform”), as owned and operated by Mysta, LLC dba FishOutLoud (“Company” or “We” or “Us”) and “You” or “Your” refer to the Users.

Your privacy will be strictly safeguarded. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand the process of collecting Personal Information and the use of that information by the Company. This information includes the name of the Platform from which you entered our Platform, if any, as well as the name of the Platform to which you are headed when you leave our Platform. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet Platform provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve our Platform.

Log Data. Like many Platform operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Platform ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we receive from you as follows:

Payments

Company may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, Company use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors). Company will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to third-party payment processors such as Stripe, whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Security

The data of the users of Company is securely protected from unauthorized access. The measures Company take to guarantee that your data is protected from any alterations, accidental or unlawful destruction, and accidental loss. Company always exerts reasonable efforts in order to ensure the protection of your data against misuse, loss or alteration by third parties. But you should also be aware that when information is transmitted over the Internet, transmissions are subject to a certain amount of risk. The security tools employed and the procedures implemented to ensure the limitation of any access to personal and private information. With these tools and procedures, access by unauthorized users is located to prevent it. We are proud to offer security measures that abide by high industry standards. That is why we have not yet received complaints regarding cases of penetration of our security system. But there is always a certain amount of risk of thieves who may thwart the security system we implement.

Please note that subscribers receive email messages from Company informing them of products, improvements, new services offered, notices of scheduled services, etc. Should you choose to opt-out of receiving such emails, you can suspend your subscription.

Retention of Information

Company retains personal data for as long as you are a User in order to meet the contractual obligations to you, and for such longer period as may be in legitimate interests and to comply with legal obligations. Our data deletion process is Company enabled and Company is able to remove customer data on request. They capture the customer details via the Company digital menu. Customer when served, their data is moved to the archive. From the Archive, the Company is able to delete at any time. The Company may also remove their entire menu at any time thereby removing all their data.

Privacy Policy Updates

We may need to introduce periodic changes to our Privacy Policy statement. We may also need to introduce periodic changes to the manner in which we use your Data in connection with any changes we make in our privacy practices. In the event of such changes, you will be informed of the specific changes to our Privacy Policy through a prominent notice published on our Platform.
