If at any moment you have an issue with your order, please email us at fish@fishoutloud.com
Your order will ship within 7-10 Business days of you placing the order. If you ever need it rushed out faster, please email customer service and we will try to accommodate your request.
We use USPS and FedEx to ship out orders. Once your order has been packed and is ready to ship you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number where you can track your package.

Returns on all and any damaged/defective item!

If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to fish@fishoutloud.com With your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to give you a refund.
Returns and Exchanges must be processed within 33 days of delivery.
